Q. What is the cost for an event at MMW Retreat?
A. Depending on the season and the number of guests, events at MMW range from $6000 to $11,500.
Q. Can we schedule a rehearsal at MMW?
A. Absolutely! When you book your event please ask us about scheduling a time for a rehearsal as well.
Q. How many guests can attend an event at MMW Retreat?
A. The event space in the Main Lodge can fit 280 people, outdoor areas are potentially able to accommodate more. Please contact us for more details.
Q. How many guests does the onsite lodging accommodate?
A. Our onsite lodging has space for 120 people – 70 in the bungalows and 50 in the Main Lodge. Onsite lodging is not included in the cost of the event.
Q. What is included in the onsite accommodations?
A. Bungalows include beds made up with fresh linens and towels and basic toiletries, as well as a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge. The Main Lodge offers group-style accommodations.
Q. Are pets allowed in the bungalows?
A. House trained pets are welcome in our bungalows and love our grounds!
Q. Is the event space temperature controlled?
A. The Main Lodge is fully temperature controlled, with its own backup generator. The bungalows have heating and air conditioning as well.
Q. Can we bring our own decorations?
We encourage our guests to bring their own decorations to design an event atmosphere in line with their own tastes. Decorations may not cause any damage to the existing infrastructure. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
Q. Is there a private space for the bridal party?
A. There are private rooms available for the exclusive use of the bride, groom, and bridal party.
Q. Can I bring my own caterer and other vendors?
A. MMW Retreat does not offer catering, so we encourage our guests to bring their own vendors. Please see our preferred vendor list or contact us if you would like a recommendation. Self catering is not allowed.
